Hi, I’m Ariella!

I’m an IIN-certified health coach and the creator of Poppyseed Wellness. I believe true health begins at home — with the meals we eat, the rituals that ground us, and the spaces that hold us.

My passion for wellness grew from my love of making things from scratch — sourdough, yogurt, nourishing meals — and realizing how much calmer and more balanced I felt when I embraced simple, homemade living. Over time, I saw that these small daily choices add up to big shifts: steadier energy, a calmer nervous system, and more joy in everyday life.

Now, I help women create healthier bodies and homes through:
