Hi, I’m Ariella!
I’m an IIN-certified health coach (IINHC) and the creator of Poppyseed Wellness. I believe true health begins at home — with the meals we eat, the rituals that ground us, and the spaces that hold us.
My passion for wellness grew from my love of making things from scratch — sourdough, yogurt, nourishing meals — and realizing how much calmer and more balanced I felt when I embraced simple, homemade living. Over time, I saw that these small daily choices add up to big shifts: steadier energy, a calmer nervous system, and more joy in everyday life.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me baking sourdough, practicing yoga, experimenting in the kitchen, or tending to my little garden. I believe health is about more than routines — it’s about creativity, connection, and joy.
