What is IIN?

IIN stands for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest and most recognized health coach certification program. It focuses on whole-person wellness — nutrition, lifestyle habits, stress, mindset, and daily routines — and trains coaches to support clients in creating sustainable, meaningful changes in their lives.

My certification through IIN ensures that I use a balanced, evidence-informed, compassionate approach in every session.

How do I know if your coaching is right for me?

My work is best for women who want support creating healthier routines, simple nourishing meals, and a calmer, more intentional home life. If you’re looking for gentle accountability, practical steps, and a grounded approach to wellness, you’ll feel very at home here.

What happens during the free clarity call?

We talk about where you are now, what you’re hoping to shift, and whether my coaching style is the right fit for your needs. It’s relaxed, pressure-free, and simply a chance to connect

What does your signature program include?

The Nourished Home includes a full 60-minute Health History session + biweekly coaching sessions for 12 weeks, personalized goals, weekly accountability check-ins, and optional add-ons like meal planning or grocery list curation if desired.

Do you meet in person or virtually?

All sessions are held virtually over Zoom so I can support women anywhere.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — most clients choose monthly payment plans to make the investment feel accessible.

Do you take insurance?

Not at this time. However, some clients are able to use HSA/FSA benefits depending on their provider.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before a session. Missed sessions are not refundable, but I always handle these situations with compassion.
